Why did you choose your internship?
I choose this internship because it was a good opportunity for me to gain new experience in a field of agriculture. It was also one of the few internships that I was able to do in person!
What did you gain from your internship experience?
I gained a lot of knowledge in crop research, specifically how to grow cotton and soybeans!
What factors influenced your decision to choose this experience for your internship?
I wanted to do an internship that was hands-on and agriculture related; this experience gave me both. It was also very interactive because there was only 3 of us interning!
What advice do you have for other students as they search for their internship?
Keep an open mind, you never know where the experience might lead you!
