Arizona Teacher's Academy Scholarship

The Arizona Teachers Academy (ATA) is a program to help pay for tuition and fees for those students in a state university or community college Educator Preparation Program (EPP). The scholarship covers tuition and mandatory fees after a student has accepted all other non-loan aid such as institutional scholarships, federal Pell grants, and other private scholarships. 


  • Preference to Arizona residents
  • Preference to juniors, seniors, and graduate students
  • FAFSA Required
  • Must be admitted to a program that leads to initial teacher certification
  • Must commit to one year of teaching in an Arizona public school for each year you receive the scholarship


Horton Noon Scholarship


  • Undergraduate junior, senior or graduate student
  • Major is one of the following: Animal Science, Natural Resources, Agricultural Technology Management, Agricultural Education or Plant Sciences
  • Arizona resident
  • Demonstrate professional promise and/or good character
  • Preference to financial need

Howard Bendalin Agricultural Student Support Endowment


  • Undergraduate or Graduate student
  • Agricultural Technology Management and Education Major with an Agricultural Technology Management Emphasis
  • Support for majors in agricultural technology or science with special emphasis in plant sciences or related fields. Authorized expenditures include, but are not limited to, registration, tuition, books, lab fees, supplies, work study grants, education improvement grants, student equipment, conference registration and travel, and/or other related education items or opportunities. Selection of recipients will be made by the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences, or the Dean's designee.
